BLENDED FAMILIES are growing more and more every year. According to the most recent Vital Statistics Report... “65% of remarriages involve children from the prior marriage and form blended families.” You are invited to use this site as a tool to explore questions you may have involving step parenting and to share your own personal experiences in order for others to perhaps benefit in some way.
This site offers suggestions derived from one STEP MOM's experience which is shared in an E-BOOK entitled ("Step Aside StepMom") as well as in printed form and offered through amazon.com. 10% of the profit from the book is directed to various children's charities. You’re also invited to use the BLOG feature to share your parenting perspective in order to develop a dialogue for those seeking advice or assistance and to comment on the book.
